Sophie joined the setting in 2015 as a 1:1 support, a role she found very rewarding. She went on to become a practitioner before progressing to deputy manager.

She holds a CACHE Level 3 Diploma for Children and Young People and is also the setting’s:

• Designated Child Protection Coordinator

• Domestic Abuse Coordinator

• Funding/Fees Coordinator

• Paediatric First Aid qualified

Amber loves spending time with the children, especially through arts and crafts, where their ideas are brought to life in creative displays. She has recently taken over the literacy corner, where each morning the children help choose a story and weave it into their play. Amber’s favourite part of her role is watching the children grow into confident, independent, and adventurous little people.
